VIOLET BONES are a four piece indie pop band from Cambridge where they pack an impressive 1000 fans into the Corn Exchange. It’s a far cry from four years ago when they were just four school mates who shared a passion for music and girls...

“We made the choice not to go to university as we don’t want to end up being twenty-somethings with a load of debt and a useless degree in geography!” says singer Si. Instead, they are gigging up and down the country.

Violet Bones’ fierce DIY ethic and constant touring across the UK has earned them performances at In The City and support slots with bands such as punk heroes New York Dolls, Ash and The Delays. Early singles have been supported by BBC Cambridgeshire and a host of music blogs, fanzines and national radio stations.

The release of their debut single ‘I Feel The Need’ hit the #1 spot in the Play.com Pre-Order charts in February and their latest single 'Motion' is out for download on all major download stores on 29th November!
