We are Swarm The North, an alternative/punk/rock band from Baltimore Maryland. A fan once said to us “Yepp, that some good S#&% you just played.”
Swarm The North started with good intentions from its orginal members but was not serious enough for the big leagues. After many lineup changes from October 2008 until March 2009, the band matured to its full potential.In this period Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist Charlie teamed with Brian Bush (Guitarist) wrote such songs as "Say Hello" And "Beautiful Butterfly". By May 2009 S.T.N. had played their first show, A Battle Of The Bands Production sponsored by Gorrilla Productions, they easily swept the crowd with catchy pop songs and crunchy power chords. In November 09 former drummer Ian Viera left the band. This was a dark time for the band. In these few weeks Charile wrote songs such as "Swarm The North" and "I Died The Other Day". Swarm The North was looking for a new drummer to fill the spot. By mid January a percussionist named Donny Darrough grabbed the eye of all three members of S.T.N. At the time Donny had been playing with a band who did't appreciate his talent. Donny choose to switch bands and join. from January 2010 to this day Donny has been the soul drummer for the band.
